Himalayan Salt

When we speak of Himalayan Crystal Salt, we are referring to only one specific crystal salt, the “Original”, coming from one specific location in the East Karakoram range of the Himalayan Mountain in Pakistan and has been the subject of comprehensive medical research as written about in the book Water&Salt - The Essence of Life, by Dr. Barbara Hendel, MD and Peter Ferreira. Original Himalayan Crystal Salt is more than sodium and chloride. Original Himalayan Crystal Salt can actually be viewed as food. When we speak of salt, and as we scrutinize its properties, we mean salt in its original form: holistic, wholesome, unaltered, natural salt, as it has crystallized in the Earth over millions of years.

Original Himalayan crystal salt contains all the elements of which the human body is comprised. From the periodic table of elements we are familiar with 94 natural elements (stable as well as unstable). Apart from inert gases, all of these elements (84) can be found in crystal salt. Hence, crystal salt contains all natural minerals and trace elements that are found in the human body. We perceive crystal salt as being the totality of all natural elements. This may not be entirely correct according to chemistry, however we will continue to use the term crystal salt in this context.

Table Salt today is mainly sodium chloride and not salt. With the advent of industrial development, our natural salt was "chemically cleaned" and reduced only to sodium and chloride. Major producing companies dry their salt in huge kilns with temperatures reaching 1200 degrees F, changing he salt's chemical structure, which in turn adversely affects the human body.  The common table salt we use for cooking has only 2 or 3 chemical elements. The seawater has 84 chemical elements. For our body to be healthy we need all those elements. When we use the common salt, we are in deficit of 81 elements which means we are somehow contributing to becoming weaker, imbalanced and more susceptible to diseases. Use the seawater salt.

Salt is a vital substance for the survival of all living creatures, particularly humans. Water and salt regulate the water content of the body. Water itself regulates the water content of the interior of the cell by working its way into all of the cells it reaches. It has to get there to cleanse and extract the toxic wastes of cell metabolisms. Salt forces some water to stay outside the cells. It balances the amount of water that stays outside the cells. There are two oceans of water in the body; one ocean is held inside the cells of the body, and the other ocean is held outside the cells. Good health depends on a most delicate balance between the volume of these oceans, and this balance is achieved by salt - unrefined salt.

When water is available to get inside the cells freely, it is filtered from the outside salty ocean and injected into the cells that are being overworked despite their water shortage. This is the reason why in severe dehydration we develop an edema and retain water. The design of our bodies is such that the extent of the ocean of water outside the cells is expanded to have the extra water available for filtration and emergency injection into vital cells. The brain commands an increase in salt and water retention by the kidneys. This is how we get an edema when we don't drink enough water.

The willingness of the water to give up its own identity, in return, liberates the salt from its manifested identity—to overcome the powers of the gridwork and to separate sodium from chloride. Both elements are ionized, which releases their stored energy and information.

Sole (brine) is the liquid materialization of sunlight. Sole means fluid sunlight or fluid light energy. When water combines with salt the positive ions of the salt surround the negative ions of the water molecules and the negative ions of the salt surround the positive ions of the water molecules. The ions become hydrolyzed. In this process the geometrical structure of the salt and the water is changed and a totally new structure is formed. Water is no longer water and salt is not salt anymore.

The brine is good for balancing the pH factor of your body. With brine water one can get rid of heavy metals such as lead, mercury, arsenic and calcium because the crystal salt is able to break up their molecular structures. A simple example can help you understand this concept. Put some 26% brine solution in your teapot that has hard water or calcium build up. Heat it briefly and watch how the calcium dissolves in the brine. This process is a simple chemical reaction. You can treat your body to a similar therapy in order to get rid of the calcium build up and the heavy metal deposits in your body. For the body to get rid of these deposits it has to first metabolize them. Even animal proteins, which are difficult to break down and eliminate, will be eliminated through the urine due to the strong structural formation of the crystal salt.
