Ozone is created by Ultraviolet light or Lightning discharge.

So the SUN and Lightning are Natural and Organic Ozone producers.

Two things in nature produce ozone, lightning and UV rays.
UV rays produce it in the upper atmosphere and are responsible

for the "ozone layer".

Lightning produces it in the lower atmosphere and creates that

"fresh air" smell.

To protect workers potentially exposed to ozone, OSHA has established a permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 0.1 ppm (29 CFR 1910.1000 table Z-1), calculated as an 8 hour time weighted average. Higher concentrations are especially hazardous and NIOSH has established an Immediately Dangerous to Life and Health Limit (IDLH) of 5 ppm. Environments where ozone is used or where it is likely to be produced should have adequate ventilation. Please use your ozone generator as per the instructions written in the User's Manual that comes with the unit. Any misuse of the unit resulting in personal injuries and/or property damages is the sole responsibility of the user !
